Great location, near beach and city center. Comfortable rooms and swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi throughout. Delicious food with a mix of traditional and Italian cuisine. Warm and courteous staff.

The hotel is located in a good position, 50mt from the sea, with a big, free beach. The swimming pool is very nice

The air conditioning was not working, when we tried to switch it on, a bad smell came out. The bed was not confortable because there was not a double mattress but just two single near. Finally, do not give them any euro more than the price indicated by booking, they will ask you 5euro/person/day.

Hotel is in small but very nice town called Vieste, may be 2 km from the center of Vieste. 100 metres from the public beach. But if you have car I recommend to go to the south beaches (15km approx) - incredible nature, mountains, look on the google earth photos of those places, choose the beach using this way. Hotel staff is very polite.

We were in september there. All the hotel was full of retired guys. I saw only two young couples. May be it's a club for retired men? :) every evening there were old-school italian and spanish music till the midnight and very loud. Between the songs, dj told "yea, you are cool!" For 30 retired guys. And it was impossible to sleep with open window. But if you decide to close the window, it will be bad smell from old contitioner and some cigarretes smoke from walls (previously we pointed about non-smoking preferables). And the last bad thing - ants. They were in our room, many. They was in the hall. And they was even in the parking area. We were only 3 nights there and our car became a new home for them. Guys from hotel staff! Please, make a global war with ants. And then invite any visitors.

Enjoyed my weekend stay at a hotel located within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. The well-maintained pool area offered plenty of sun loungers, and the friendly staff provided beach towels. The continental breakfast had a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

The hotel lacked in-room amenities, such as toiletries and a mini-fridge. The Wi-Fi was unreliable in certain areas, including the lobby.

This hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the beach. It's also very close to the center of town, making it convenient for exploring. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the amenities you need. And the pool area is lovely, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

I had a great time at this hotel with its prime location very close to the beach and also quite close to the city center. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impressive. Breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the beach and is also near to Vieste. Guests enjoyed the clean rooms and bathrooms. the breakfast offered a good selection and the staff was super friendly. Some guests enjoyed the great pool area and the entertainment provided, including activities for children and adults.

Some guests had issues with the pool closing for lunch and no service being available at the poolside bar.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the friendly staff who were always happy to help. the location was also great, being a short walk to both the beach and the town center. to this, we appreciated the free Wi-Fi access in all areas of the hotel.

We were disappointed by the lack of toiletries provided in the rooms and the absence of any towels.
